Atul Dodiya articulates his own idiosyncratic recension of the legend Sabari, which is drawn from the margins of the grand Hindu epic, the Ramayana. These works are in a medium that he has never worked in before in a meaningful way, ex: print and paper pulp.

The ING New York City Marathon (S)
The NYC marathon is one of the world's great road races, drawing more than 90,000 applicants. The race attracts many world-class professional athletes, not only for the more than $600,000 in prize money, but also for the chance to excel in the media capital of the world before two million cheering spectators and 315 million worldwide television viewers. As any one of the more than 700,000 past participants will attest, crossing the finish line in Central Park is one of the great thrills of a lifetime.
The WNBC broadcast will begin at 9a with the pre-race warm-up and will follow the race through the five boroughs, across the bridges, and over the finish line until 2p
